EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We allow returns/exchanges for a 7 day period. The hair has to be unmodified and the tags attached. If you do not like the hair, you can return it. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the hair is used in any way. 

 Returns acquire 40% restocking fee as we will discard the hair due to hygiene regulations.
